That's why, for two concerts with more than 150 visitors expected per concert, we decided to try KoorTickets, and we haven't regretted it! It's not free, of course, but you pay per transaction, not per ticket. It simply saves a lot of work and is less prone to errors. It's very professional that someone immediately receives an e-ticket after paying for a ticket online. The website offers many options for defining tickets! We received prompt, personal support when we still needed to add discount codes. Also very important: scanning the e-tickets with both the app and a regular phone went exceptionally smoothly. We had four people working, but two would have been sufficient. We will definitely sell tickets for the next concert through KoorTickets again. We are more than satisfied!
